Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Current enrollment: Be an international student currently enrolled in a university-level institution.
2. Interest: Demonstrate a strong interest in studying at the NCCU International Summer School (ISS).
3. Passion for storytelling: Have talent in photography, videography, or filmmaking, coupled with enthusiasm for documenting daily life and travel experiences.
4. Selection process: Submit a personal statement, CV, and portfolio, which will be carefully reviewed by the NCCU ISS Team.
5. Commitment: Successfully complete the video missions during NCCU ISS 2026.

1. Full tuition waiver for any courses taken in NCCU ISS 2026.
2. Upon successful completion of the video mission, the awardee will also receive reimbursement for accommodation and excursion fees.
   • This means awardees will receive a total scholarship covering 92% of program costs.

Produce a video (minimum of 8 minutes) that documents your journey during NCCU ISS 2025 and your experiences in Taiwan.
Your video must include:

• Highlights of your daily life at NCCU and interactions with fellow students.
• Cultural exploration, such as excursions or activities showcasing Taiwan’s traditions, food, or landmarks.
• Personal reflections on your learning experiences and time in the program.

1. Application period: January 25, 2026 – March 30, 2026
2. Result announcement: April 14, 2026

Submit the following documents via email to nccuiss@nccu.edu.tw:

• CV
• Personal statement: Explain your interest in filmmaking, storytelling, and the NCCU ISS program.
• Portfolio: Include past work showcasing your skills in video editing, filmmaking, or other relevant projects. Highlight anything that demonstrates your capability to complete the mission.

According to the latest regulations announced by the National Immigration Agency, individuals entering Taiwan for short-term professional exchange purposes—including participants of the NCCU ISS—are required to submit a detailed daily schedule as part of the entry permit application.
The proposed schedule must align with the declared purpose of stay. Applications that fail to meet this requirement may be subject to rejection.

根據移民署最新規定，以「短期專業交流」名義來臺之人士（包含參與本校國際暑期課程之學員），申請入臺證時須提供每日活動行程。相關行程內容須與來臺目的相符，否則可能影響入境申請結果。

To comply with government regulations and ensure consistent academic management, participants holding a PRC passport are eligible to enroll only in the six-week Academic Plus Program. Short-term or partial-period enrollment is not permitted for this applicant group.

為配合相關政策規定及校內行政作業，持中國大陸護照之學員僅可報名 六週制 Academic Plus Program，恕不開放報名短期課程。
